Jet skiing can involve certain risks for which CTC Charters(collectively herein, the "Operator") will not prevent and cannot be held liable. Participants are to take every reasonable precaution to prevent their own injury (both physical and property) and injury to others (both physical and property). Any medical conditions (including pregnancy) and/or pre- existing injuries must be disclosed to the Operator prior to participation. ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE(S) TO PROPERTY (JET SKIS) WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM FINE OF $800.00-$8000.00. IF THE JETSKI IS OVERTURNED A FINE OF $400.00 WILL BE APPLIED.

All rules set by the Operator must be strictly followed for the participants' safety and participants must act reasonably to care for themselves and the Operator and all participants.

The participant acknowledges and fully understands that he or she will be engaged in activities that involve great risk of serious personal injuries, including permanent disability or death and that severe social and economic loss may result from the action or inactions of the participant, other participants, the Operator or other persons on the water during the instruction. These risks include, but are not limited to, injury such as cuts, sprains, concussions, and broken bones. Permanent disability or death from drowning, falling, colliding with the shore, submerged or floating debris, equipment, reef or other water craft, or impacts of collisions with the water during watersport activities as well. The participant bears the full responsibility if he/she is injured while participating in any part of the water sports activities.

The participant authorizes the Operator to seek on the participant's behalf any reasonable
medical care or to administer any first aid as a result of any injury sustained during the instruction, if the participant is reasonably unable to authorize such care. The Operator reserves the right to dismiss at any point in time any participant whose actions are deemed irresponsible, malicious, or hazardous to the general safety of the participants or the Operator. In which case, there will be no refunds.

Participants agree that any dispute arising from any participation in the activities shall be litigated exclusively in the courts of the U.S. Virgin Islands and no claims shall be brought by the participant against the Operator in any other jurisdiction than the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The participant grants to the Operator the permission to photograph, video and audio record the participant during the instruction and the perpetual right The participant grants to the Operator the permission to photograph, video and audio record the participant during the instruction and the perpetual right to use, reproduce, for any purpose and without compensation to the participant any photographs, digital or electronic images, audio recordings, movies, or videos taken of the participant during the instruction.

I have read and understand the terms of participation stated above, fully assume the risks involved, agree to use my best judgment in undertaking these activities, and follow safety instructions that have been explained to me. I. on behalf of myself, my legal representatives and heirs. Wave and release the operator from any claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from my use of the facilities, equipment, and/or from my participation in the activities or instructions.
